SUP11 Stones is a multi-day stand up paddle adventure starting in Split, Croatia, and taking you across open sea to the stunning island of Brač. Paddle long-distance stages, round the full island in five unforgettable days, and enjoy the perfect mix of a challenge and Croatian island life, while everything else is taken care of. Just paddle, recover, and enjoy the view.
What to expect
For who?
During the SUP11 Stones adventure around the Croatian island of Brač, we will paddle an average of 25 kilometers per day. Since this takes place on open sea, with the possibility of wind and changing conditions, you need to have prior paddle experience.
For example, you have paddled on a bigger lake where you have already dealt with waves or choppy water. You should feel confident handling your board when the water gets a bit rougher. And to paddle an average of 25 kilometers a day, you’ll need to have some k’s in your arms too!
This trip is suitable for experienced recreational paddlers, not beginners.
What are we going to do?
We will paddle from Split, across the sea to the island of Brač. The island is famous for its beautiful white stones and amazing coastline. After the crossing, we’ll round the full island during the following days.
Because we expect to finish around lunch time each day, you’ll have time to explore the island on your own. If you feel like doing more, we can offer optional activities such as;
• cycling tour
• windsurfing or kitesurfing
• wine tasting
• olive oil tasting
• visiting the highest point on the island
